Ms. Lund received a BFA degree in Interior Design from the University of San Francisco, with a minor in Business. She spent several years with Nordstrom, Inc., including its Store Planning and Arch. Dept. as a space planner and project manager. The skills she developed as Nordstrom’s liaison between contractors, vendors and regional management have been an invaluable asset in providing exceptional service to her clients.
Susan (and Jennifer) were both extremely skilled, responsive, and patient as we went through the planning process of remodeling our bathroom. Especially appreciate their help when, upon finding some issues with the cabinets as shipped, they contacted the cabinet manufacturer to get everything fixed.
